THE ART OF BEING HUMAN: LEVEL 2.

The ART Level 2 training will guide you to explore your own shadows and those of others in a tightly held conscious, relational space. You will be witnessed and welcomed in your journey, and have access to vast new realms of authentic connection in the intimate and vulnerable territory we explore together.

Our bodies, our minds and our hearts: the relationship we have to our bodies, our own skin, flesh and bones often creates stories and narratives that go deep. In this workshop we will interweave naked Circling with Authentic Relating, for processing all the assumptions, judgments, love and care we have surrounding our bodies. Shame and desire are often key components of how we relate to our bodies. In this workshop we seek to restore connection to ourselves through the sharing of vulnerabilities and insights on what it means to show up in our skin. A deeply connective workshop where we engage in our humanness and tenderness from the heart space. A workshop not to be missed.

In The Connection Playground, certified Authentic Relating Trainer Wies will take you on a transformative journey through guided exercises and group sharing. Together, we will build trust, deepen connections, and gain a profound understanding of the art of being present with one another. By embracing and expressing more of our authentic selves, we create a safe and nurturing space for genuine connections.
