Join us for an uplifting experience where you will get to meet yourself and your impulses whilst being in connection to a partner or others. The impulse play brings forth the direct experience of being in touch with what the body wants, in a consensual way where the arena is mapped out and the rules clear.

Impulse Play is a non-verbal somatic and relational practice that creates a space for play and self-development. For many of us, play is something we let go of as we enter adulthood. Play is characterized by the fact that we do something simply because it feels good, for the PLEASURE in the moment - not because there is a specific goal or a plan. Impulse Play brings us the invitation to be authentic; being true to ourselves and our impulses, whether it’s primal or sensual, fast or slow, intense or calm.

In this 4-sessions ‘Go Deeper’ series by KinkHEARTED, you will be guided into a better understanding of pain, pleasure and power dynamics, while growing your skillset to connect - both with your partner and with yourself.

Every evening will have its own focus, but to create a safe space to explore for everyone, we will use the first 3 themes (negotiating a scene, the power of presence and living your dynamics) as ongoing topics for every session.

We all have narratives and stories - but they are not the core of who we actually are. This evening we invite you to go inwards via a Musical Journey by Cézanne & various Authentic Relating games.

The first part of the evening will be a (lie down) concert. Cézanne paints musical landscapes with her lyrics and melodies. The main focus of her songs is personal transformation that comes from self reflection. The music can be described as cinematic soul: a lush combination of dreamy neo-soul, jazz and indie Cézanne's way of making music is a tangled process of thinking, writing, feeling and embodying.

In the second part of this event, we will explore narratives with each other in a safe, warm environment. We will use different Authentic Relating exercises to connect deeply, both with yourself and the others around you.

Our bodies, our minds and our hearts: the relationship we have to our bodies, our own skin, flesh and bones often creates stories and narratives that go deep. In this workshop we will interweave naked Circling with Authentic Relating, for processing all the assumptions, judgments, love and care we have surrounding our bodies. Shame and desire are often key components of how we relate to our bodies. In this workshop we seek to restore connection to ourselves through the sharing of vulnerabilities and insights on what it means to show up in our skin. A deeply connective workshop where we engage in our humanness and tenderness from the heart space. A workshop not to be missed.
