We believe that our Awareness Team trainings are a crucial initiative focused on promoting social safety, inclusivity, and a respectful environment within communities, organizations, festivals and events.
Our training equips members with skills to recognize and address issues such as harassment, discrimination, and microaggressions, fostering an atmosphere of empathy and proactive support.
AWARENESS TEAM @ YOUR EVENT
Our Awareness Teams teams are composed of trained volunteers and staff members dedicated to creating safe spaces where everyone feels respected, heard, and valued.
Our team offers emotional support and psycare. We aim for prevention and de-escalation and we always work together with first aid and security. We have a written protocol which we will discuss with your organization when working together.
We can offer 24/7 support & availability at your festival or event.

In essence, our awareness team training is about building a culture where social safety and inclusivity are the norms. It's a proactive approach to safety and care, ensuring that all individuals feel safe, respected, and included.
Our teams always work with a code of conduct and guidelines to ensure safety and that we will discuss with your organization, event or festival and can be tailored to your specific needs.
